No. 6 Michigan travels to face No. 8 Michigan State for a huge in-state rivalry game in a battle between undefeated teams.

Michigan and Michigan State have been extremely impressive this season as both teams are 7-0 (4-0 B1G) on the year.

ESPN’s College GameDay is in East Lansing for the matchup. ESPN analyst Desmond Howard who won a Heisman Trophy for the Wolverines praised Michigan State’s offense on how well they have been playing.

According to Howard, this year’s Spartan offense is among the best MSU has had since he started covering college football:

The Spartans offense has been explosive this season, led by transfer RB Kenneth Walker III. This season for the Spartans, Walker III has rushed the ball 152 times, for 997 yards on 6.6 yards per carry and 9 touchdowns. He also has 5 receptions for 25 yards averaging 5.0 yards per reception and a touchdown.

The Spartans have exceeded 20 points in all 7 wins and have scored over 30 points in 4 of the wins.

The Spartans welcome their in-state rival to The Woodshed tomorrow at noon ET on FOX.
