Draymond Green discusses being inducted into MSU Athletics Hall of Fame
Draymond Green has won 4 NBA championships with the Golden State Warriors. Before that, though, he was a star at Michigan State under Tom Izzo, ending the 2011-12 season as the B1G Player of the Year and as a consensus All-American, eventually having his number retired by the program.
On Friday, Green learned that he had been inducted into the university’s Athletics Hall of Fame, one of 9 inductees enshrined into the 2022 class.

Green was taken in the 2nd round by the Warriors in 2012 and is set to embark on his 11th season with the team. Aside from his 4 league championships, he’s been named an NBA All-Star 4 times and was the NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2017.
