The Hornets ended up losing this game 105-101 as the Hawks made a late charge. Bridges finished with a team-high 23 points and seven rebounds.

Bridges has carved out a nice role for himself in the NBA. He’s averaging 10.4 points and 5.7 rebounds per contest this season for a playoff team.

His shooting percentages have spiked in his third season — he’s now shooting 50.4 percent from the field, 39.1 percent from 3-point range and 89.2 percent from the free throw line. Those numbers represent career-highs across the board.

Bridges was picked No. 12 overall by the Hornets in the 2018 NBA draft.
