Ex-Wisconsin RB announces commitment to Michigan State
The transfer portal has been busy on the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. The B1G has had multiple players transfer already on Monday.
Now we have an intraconference transfer as former Wisconsin RB Jalen Berger has committed to Michigan State.

Berger at Wisconsin in 2 seasons with the Badgers has carried the ball 84 times for 389 yards on 4.6 yards per carry and 3 touchdowns. Berger only played in 3 games this season before being dismissed from the team.
Wisconsin has had a 2 headed monster for much of the season between RBs Braelon Allen and Chez Mellusi. Allen looks like a star in the making, and he is only a freshman.
Wisconsin this season finished 8-4 and 6-3 in B1G play; they came up one game short of the B1G Championship Game as they fell to Minnesota in the Battle for Paul Bunyan’s Axe.
The Badgers are awaiting their bowl destination that they will find out next Sunday after the College Football Playoff selection show.
Head coach of the Spartans Mel Tucker found a diamond in the rough last offseason with transfer RB Kenneth Walker III. Can Tucker strike gold twice with Berger, or will this time be fool’s gold?
