Former Michigan State star Miles Bridges was arrested for a felony domestic violence charge in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The news was reported on by TMZ Sports.

Bridges played for Tom Izzo in East Lansing for 2 seasons (2016-2017). According to law enforcement, Bridges got into an argument with a woman on Tuesday. The argument later became physical, and the woman needed medical attention afterwards. Bridges turned himself in, and has since been released on bail.

The Charlotte Hornets forward is heading into his 5th NBA season. Last year, he averaged 20.2 points, 3.8 assists, and 7 rebounds. Bridges was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 1st round of the 2018 NBA Draft, but was traded to the Hornets.

There hasn’t been a comment about the recent arrest from Bridges or his people just yet.
