Draymond Green’s return following a one-game suspension is the storyline of the sports world on Thursday.
The former Michigan State basketball star developed into an integral piece of the Golden State Warriors after he was a second-round draft pick in 2012.
But once upon a time, Green decided to mix it up a little bit. Before his All-American senior season at MSU, the 6-7, 230-pound forward tried his hand at a different sport.
Mark Dantonio put Green at tight end during MSU’s spring football game back in 2011. As you can see here, it didn’t go very well:

Fortunately for Green, he found his calling as the guard-anybody-on-the-floor, trash-talking, against-all-odds All-NBA player.
Green’s football expertise is limited to the gambling world.
