Kendell Brooks recently announced his plans for the 2023 NFL Draft.

In a Twitter post, Brooks thanked God, his family, teammates, and coaching staff before announcing his decision to declare for the 2023 NFL Draft.

“Thank you to family and everyone who has supported me along this journey. To my teammates thank you for pushing me to new limits. I wish you all the best. With that being said, I would like to announce that I will be pursuing my professional career and declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft, Go Green!”

Brooks finished 2nd on Michigan State in total tackles, with 100 on the season. Brooks also contributed 3 passes defended and 3 forced fumbles. Brooks transferred to Michigan State before the 2021 season after playing at Division II school North Greenville University.

Brooks joins a loaded 2023 defensive back class, featuring Joey Porter Jr. and Kelee Ringo among others.
