Kenneth Walker status revealed for Seahawks in Week 1
Kenneth Walker III, who has been dealing with a groin injury as of late, had his game designation taken away on Friday. This means that former Michigan State running back is good to go for Sunday’s game.
Walker did not appear on the injury report leading up to the season opener. RB Kenny McIntosh and safety Jamal Adams are the only two players listed as out.
The news was reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Walker played in 15 games last season for Seattle. Walker took over as the starting RB after Rashad Penny suffered an injury. It will be exciting to see how Walker does now that he is the starter for 2023.
Seattle kicks off its 2023 season against the L.A. Rams. Both teams had very different seasons a year ago, as Seattle made the postseason and L.A. missed out after winning the Super Bowl in 2021.
Walker and the Seahawks face the Rams at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.
