Kirk Cousins has one of the better streaks in the NFL for quarterbacks this season. Cousins has now thrown a TD pass in 37 consecutive games, which is the longest active streak.

The Minnesota Vikings beat the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday thanks to Cousins’ 232 yards passing and 2 touchdowns. Cousins also had 22 yards rushing with 1 touchdown on the ground. The Vikings are now 6-1 and lead the NFC North.

Minnesota won 34-26 after sacking Kyler Murray with under 20 seconds left in the game.

Cousins has 1,502 yards passing with 9 touchdowns and 5 interceptions through seven games. His first season with Minnesota was in 2018 after spending the majority of his career with Washington.

The record holder for most games in a row with at least 1 TD pass is Drew Brees. Brees had 54 consecutive games with at least 1 TD pass from 2009-2012. Cousins is now seventh in the standings for that achievement.

Names like Tony Romo, Johnny Unitas, Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady are ahead of Cousins in the standings. How long can Cousins keep the streak going?

The Minnesota Vikings face the Washington Commanders next on Nov. 6.
