Le'Veon Bell, Former Michigan State RB, to make pro boxing debut at end of October
Le’Veon Bell, a former Michigan State standout and crafty NFL running back, has an official fight date set for his professional boxing debut.
Bell will face former UFC fighter Uriah Hall on Oct. 29 in Phoenix, Arizona as part of the Jake Paul versus Anderson Silva card. He announced the move on Twitter Thursday.
Bell knocked out Adrian Peterson in one punch about 3 weeks ago in an exhibition boxing match.

During his time in the NFL Bell racked up 6,554 yards and 42 touchdowns across an 8-year playing career. Bell missed the 2018 season due to a contract dispute.
2014 was Bell’s best season, seeing him rush for 1,300 yards and 8 touchdowns with 3 receiving touchdowns. At Michigan State, Bell totaled 3,346 yards rushing and 33 touchdowns in 3 seasons.
He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers 48th overall in the 2013 NFL Draft.
