LOOK: MSU students are setting the town ablaze after Spartans beat PSU
Week 7 proved to be a treat for Michigan State.
The Spartans, unranked, traveled to face No. 8 Penn State and were underdogs going into the game. That, of course, didn’t matter. Michigan State still went into Happy Valley and pulled out a 21-17 victory.
With just 17 seconds remaining, QB Brian Lewerke found WR Felton Davis III for a TD strike to take the lead, resulting in the four-point victory.
After the game, coach Mark Dantonio said he would celebrate the win for a bit, but a game with No. 12 Michigan is right around the corner. Don’t tell Spartans fans that.
They seem ready to celebrate for longer than just a bit:

That’s right. Couches, mattresses and who know what else were set on fire after the victory.
If there’s any way to celebrate, that has to be the way to do it. Right Spartan fans?
