The NFL announced on Thursday that former Michigan State and current Houston Texans linebacker Max Bullough was suspended four games for violating the league’s PED policy.

Bullough took to Twitter to apologize for his suspension:

Bullough has been with the Texans since he signed as an undrafted free agent in 2014. The two-time first-team All-B1G selection has 56 tackles in three NFL. seasons. He has four career starts, three of which were in 2016.

The fourth-year middle linebacker was the first of three Bullough brothers to come through the MSU program.

Riley Bullough signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent last week and Byron Bullough will enter his junior season with the Spartans.
