Michigan State is 9-1 and No. 7 in the country; its final 2 games are at No. 4 Ohio State and vs. Penn State.  The Spartans are 2 wins away from a trip to Indianapolis for the B1G Championship Game.

Head coach of the Spartans Mel Tucker spoke to the media Monday  afternoon head of the colossal matchup with the Buckeyes.

Tucker plans to play aggressive against Ohio State this Saturday.

“Scared money doesn’t win,” said Tucker, according to Colton Pouncy of The Athletic. “You have to play to win.”

Michigan State has only a blemish on its record that was 2 weeks ago against No. 19 Purdue in West Lafayette.

The last time Michigan State beat Ohio State on the road in the Shoe was in 2015 when the Spartans won the game 17-14 on a game-winning kick. The Spartans would win the B1G and represent the conference in the College Football Playoff. They lost to No. 2 Alabama 38-0 in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

No. 7 Michigan State travels to Columbus to take on No. 4 Ohio State at noon ET on ABC.
