Michigan State just picked up a nice win on the recruiting trail.

This time, the Spartans added a commitment from three-star running back Jordon Simmons out of Powder Springs, Georgia. A member of the 2020 class, Simmons held offers from a host of Power 5 schools, including Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, and Nebraska, among others.

Listed at 5-foot-10 and 185 lbs., Simmons possesses good size for the position. Considering the recent wave of running backs to hit the transfer portal in East Lansing, it is good to see the Spartans getting some future depth behind starter Elijah Collins.
