Michigan State has announced its team captains for this weekend’s showdown against Indiana.

Wednesday morning, the Spartans announced the four captains for Saturday’s B1G East matchup. Michigan State will travel to Bloomington to take on a Hoosiers squad that registered a 24-0 victory a year ago.

Leading the team this week are:

  • Jacob Slade, DT
  • Xavier Henderson, S
  • Kenneth Walker III, RB
  • Blake Bueter, DL

Michigan State enters Saturday’s game with an unblemished 6-0 record. The Spartans are 3-0 in B1G play with wins over Northwestern, Nebraska and Rutgers.

Indiana is coming off a bye week and sits at 2-3 on the year. The Hoosiers are winless in conference play, falling in blowout losses to Iowa and Penn State. IU’s lone wins are against Idaho and Western Kentucky.

Michigan State owns a 48-17-2 lead in the all-time series. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. ET from Bloomington and the game will air on FS1.
