Michigan State won’t be wearing the neon green pants this time around, though. The Spartans wore the neon pants to go along with the neon lettering for their game against Western Michigan back in Week 2.

Instead of the neon pants, they are wearing dark green pants against Illinois.

Maybe the alternate look will give Michigan State the boost it needs to snap its three-game losing streak. Back when the Spartans wore the uniforms against Western Michigan, they won that game 51-17.
