Michigan State is heading back on the road in search of win No. 7 on the year.

The Spartans have looked good in rolling to 6-0, though head coach Mel Tucker still believes the team is searching for its first complete performance of the year. In Week 6, it was a 31-13 win on the road vs. Rutgers with a host of big plays proving to be the difference.

Now, the Spartans will travel to Bloomington to face Indiana who is coming off a bye week. Tom Allen and the Hoosiers remain a talented squad but injuries and a brutal schedule have dropped the team to 2-3 on the year.

The two sides will go at it for the Old Brass Spittoon, a rivalry that began in 1922. Michigan State leads the all-time series 48-17-2 and was won 3 of the last 5 games. However, the 2020 contest was a 24-0 shutout by Indiana.

On Friday, the Spartans dropped their hype video for the contest and it is a good one:

Saturday’s kickoff is set for 12 pm EST on FS1. Michigan State will look to get to 7-0 before heading to a bye week.
