Michigan State expected to be without 2 starting wide receivers for Boston College game, per report
Michigan State will be a bit shorthanded at wide receiver on Saturday night, according to a report.
That news comes from 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz, who says the Spartans are expected to be without starting receivers Nick Marsh and Jaron Glover on Saturday. That’s a significant development as Michigan State heads on the road to face a tough Boston College team on Saturday.
The expectation is that Michigan State will be without two starting receivers — Nick Marsh and Jaron Glover — tomorrow vs. Boston College due to injuries, sources tell @247Sports/@CBSSports.

Marsh and Glover are both key targets for first-year quarterback Aidan Chiles. Marsh enters Week 4 as the team’s leader in receiving yards with 232. Glover is third on the team with 84 yards on 6 catches. Marsh and Glover are 2 of the 4 Michigan State pass catchers who have a receiving touchdown so far in 2024.
Marsh is a former 4-star prospect who has made a big impact already in his true freshman season. He was the No. 176 overall player and the No. 30 wide receiver in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
It will be a tough task to play without them this weekend in Chestnut Hill. Boston College is a 5.5-point favorite over the Spartans on Saturday, per the latest lines from bet365.
Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
