Julius Marble II has been a key performer off the bench for Michigan State, and he also provided one of the highlights of the night on this play.

After putting up a huge defensive effort in the first half, the Spartans were able to keep things rolling in the second half. It has been an ugly shooting night for the Blue Devils, but a lot of that has been due to the stifling defense of Michigan State.

Offensively, the Spartans needed a spark after Thomas Kithier and Joey Hauser went to the bench early with two fouls. Enter Marble who was strong in the first half and went on to put up a career-high 12 points (with just over three minutes left to play).

Marble also added an emphatic jam to his performance as the Spartans were able to beat Duke’s press on this play:

Talk about throwing it down with authority!
