Michigan State will be getting back a key special teams piece for the 2021 season.

Michigan State kicker Matt Coghlin used a scene from The Wolf of Wall Street to announce that he’s returning for a sixth and final season.

Hilarious and you’ve got to give Coghlin credit for the photoshop skills.

Coghlin converted 9 of his 12 field goal attempts and all 13 of his extra points this season. Coghlin made all of his attempts from 20-39 yards and went 4-for-7 on kicks from 40-49 yards. Coghlin converted his lone attempt from 50+ yards. That conversion was a 51-yarder in an upset win vs. Michigan.

Overall, Coghlin has made 64 of his 85 field goal attempts and all 107 of his extra points.

Coghlin also served as Michigan State’s kickoff man this season, finishing with nine touchbacks on 25 kicks.

The Cincinnati, OH native is first in program history in  point-after percentage, second in field goals made (64), and fourth in field-goal percentage (75.3%).
