Michigan State has added a high school quarterback to its 2024 recruiting class.

Alessio Milivojevic announced his commitment to the Spartans on Sunday evening via social media.

“I am excited to announce that I am now committed to Michigan State University. I am incredibly thankful for the coaching staff, especially Coach Smith and Coach Lindgren, for this amazing opportunity. I also want to thank my family, friends, and every coach who has helped me throughout the recruiting process as well as developing my career!”

Out of St. Francis Wheaton (Illinois) High School, Milivojevic is listed as measuring 6-3 and 210 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Milivojevic is rated 3-stars, the No. 25 recruit in the state of Illinois, No. 67 quarterback and No. 1,161 prospect overall in the Class of 2024. He was previously committed to Ball State.

Michigan State currently has 12 verbal commitments from high school prospects in Jonathan Smith’s transition class going into the Early Signing Period. At quarterback, Oregon State transfer Aidan Chiles is following Smith to MSU.
