Jarrett Jackson is headed to Michigan State to wrap up his college football career.

Jackson, making the second transfer of his career, pledged to play for Mel Tucker’s Spartans on Tuesday. The 2023 season will be Jackson’s sixth, made possible by the NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver for 2020.

Jackson began his college football career at Louisville in 2018. He played in 10 games as a freshman and then only made 1 appearance in 2019.

For the 2020 season, Jackson transferred to FSU. He played in just 1 game that season, recording a tackle against Duke. In 2021, Jackson played in 10 games, making 1 start, recording 16 tackles, including 1.5 for loss with 0.5 sack, 1 quarterback hurry and 1 pass breakup.

This past season, Jackson made 11 appearances for the Seminoles, including 1 start. He had 12 total tackles in his final season at FSU.
