The Spartans have named their team captains for a huge matchup against Miami on Saturday.

2 of the players come from the offensive side of the ball in center Matt Allen and wide receiver Jayden Reed. Safety Xavier Henderson got the last nod as a team captain going into this game as well.

Allen has been with the team for 6 seasons now and is also a respected veteran in that program. Coming into this season, he had played in 31 career games and started in 17 (all at center). He was also named to the Senior Bowl watch list.
