Michigan State up to nine commitments following weekend pledge
One of the Big Ten’s best recruiting classes got better over the weekend as Ohio native Nick Samac has committed to Michigan State’s 2019 recruiting class. His verbal pledge gives MSU nine commitments thus far in the latest recruiting cycle.
The 6-foot-4, 260-pound Samac is an offensive lineman from Mentor, Ohio. He is currently listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports and holds scholarship offers from Duke and Vanderbilt. The Spartans 2019 recruiting class ranks as a top 25 class and the No. 4 class in the Big Ten.
