Believe it or not, Michigan State basketball is right around the corner.
The Spartans officially unveiled their nonconference schedule on Wednesday afternoon.

The slate includes high-profile matchups vs. Notre Dame, Duke and Virginia. The Blue Devils and Cavaliers are both ranked in the top-16 of KenPom.com’s preseason rankings.
Michigan State will have to replace a pair of former stars in Cassius Winston and Xavier Tillman. However, despite those losses, the Spartans are No. 11 in KenPom’s preseason rankings.
A formal Big Ten basketball conference schedule has not yet been released. However, Nebraska AD Bill Moos said on Tuesday that it would be released by Wednesday.

As it stands now, Michigan State’s season will get underway one week from today against Eastern Michigan.
