Michigan State releases Week 7 game trailer ahead of B1G East contest at Rutgers
Michigan State will head to Piscataway for Week 7 as it faces Rutgers for a noon ET kickoff.
The Spartans’ season has spiraled in the midst of Mel Tucker’s firing as they are currently on a 3-game losing streak: starting with a 41-7 loss to Washington, then followed by defeats against Maryland at home (31-9) and Iowa on the road (26-16). Coming off an open week, they will look to spoil Homecoming for the Scarlet Knights, who are 4-2 (1-2 B1G).
Ahead of Saturday’s game, Michigan State released its game trailer, which you can watch below:

Michigan State has had the better of Rutgers over the past 2 meetings between the 2 teams. The Spartans’ last trip to Piscataway was in 2021, a 31-13 win. Last year’s game in East Lansing was a little closer, but they came away with a 27-21 victory at Spartan Stadium. All told, the Spartans have won 10 of the 14 matchups all-time in the series.
Michigan State-Rutgers will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
