Michigan State is in need of a big win after getting thrashed at home in Week 4. Unfortunately, the Spartans head on the road for a tough matchup against a Maryland squad playing great ball as of late.
On the early portion of the season, the Terrapins are 3-1 with the loss coming in a hard-fought game against Michigan. Maryland’s passing attack will also test a Spartan defense that has been drilled in back-to-back games.
Heading into the game, Michigan State dropped its uniform combination in a Thursday evening video. The Spartans will be donning their all-white road look including a white helmet with the standard Spartan logo on the helmet.

Both teams are a bit banged up with some injuries heading into the matchup. Maryland is juggling injuries to Taulia Tagovailoa and Rakim Jarrett with head coach Michael Locksley setting both as game-time decisions.
