Michigan State sees key LB elect for transfer portal

Quavaris Crouch transferred to Michigan State after beginning his career at Tennessee. Now, the linebacker is heading back for the portal after just one season with the Spartans.
Initially a 4-star prospect coming out of high school, Crouch posted 85 tackles over 2 seasons with the Volunteers. He entered the portal Friday morning after making 9 starts for the Spartans during the 2021 season.

During the 2021 season, Crouch was 5th on the Spartans with 75 total tackles. He also added 2 TFL and 2 sacks with a forced fumble and fumble recovery.
Crouch posted 7 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble during the hard-fought win vs. Nebraska. He also posted a career-high 13 tackles vs. Indiana and tied that mark in the win vs. Michigan.
