Michigan State wrapped up its spring period with the spring game on Saturday, and two players have since entered the transfer portal as of Sunday afternoon.

The first was offensive lineman Justin Stevens. An offensive lineman from the 2020 recruiting class, Stevens announced he would be looking to transfer Saturday evening.

On Sunday, a fellow member of the 2020 recruiting class is reported to be looking at his options. According to Rainer Sabin with the Detroit Free Press, redshirt freshman kicker Jack Olsen has entered the transfer portal.

Olsen was a three-star prospect in the 2020 class out of Wheaton, Illinois. He was rated the No. 4 kicker by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings and selected Michigan State over offers from Army, Miami (OH), and Illinois State, among others.

In this era of college sports, some transfers are bound to happen following spring practices as players see how things stack up during competition. Still, it will be interesting to see if any other Spartans are quick entries into the portal now that spring has wrapped up.
