Michigan State is among the big names announced to 2024’s iteration of the Maui Jim  Maui Invitational mid-season basketball tournament.

The Spartans are one of 7 teams announced, including Memphis, Iowa State, UConn, North Carolina, Dayton and Colorado. An eighth team is currently still undecided.

Jon Rothstein reported the news Monday morning.

The tournament was moved to Las Vegas and North Carolina for the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, but is scheduled to move back to the Lahaina Center this season.

This season’s selections for the tournament are Arizona, Arkansas, Cincinnati, Creighton, Louisville, Ohio State, San Diego State and Texas Tech – a stacked group that is sure to not disappoint.
