Draymond Green had an incredibly illustrious career at Michigan State, and head coach Tom Izzo announced the Spartans will be honoring him this season.

During a Dec. 3 showdown with No. 4 Duke, the Spartans will officially retire Green’s No. 23. A four-year player at Michigan State, Green wore No. 23 with the Spartans before also donning it for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA.

Michigan State Basketball shared the announcement:

Green finished his Spartan career with 1,517 points, 1,096 rebounds, 425 assists, 180 steals, and 116 blocks. During his time in East Lansing, Green was a part of three regular-season B1G titles, one B1G tournament title, and two Final Four teams.

Congratulations to Green for this prestigious honor!
