Michigan State freshman and 4-star wide receiver Germie Bernard has decided to enter the transfer portal.

Bernard had 128 yards on the season with 2 touchdowns. Bernard hasn’t announced where he is headed next but he will be highly sought after by a lot of schools.

The Spartans’ offense struggled a lot this season which may explain why Bernard is headed for greener pastures. It will be interesting to see if Bernard decides to stay within the B1G or if will he go to another conference. Bernard is from Nevada so he may end up back out on the West Coast.

Coming out of high school, the 6-foot-2 Bernad was a 4-star prospect and the No. 37 WR nationally per the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. He was also the No. 237 player regardless of position for the cycle.
