Michigan State wide receiver Jaron Glover has made a decision regarding the 2024 season.

The receiver entered the transfer portal earlier in December and took a visit with the Georgia Bulldogs. However, the receiver quickly decided that he would return to East Lansing for 2024 and withdraw from the portal.

Glover took to social media to announce his return. The WR posted a graphic showing himself in Spartan gear with the caption “Back Home.”

Glover collected 14 catches for 261 yards in 8 games of the 2023 season. The receiver could play a larger role for the Spartans in 2024 due to the amount of players that have entered the portal. Fellow receivers Sebastian Brown, Tyrell Henry, and Christian Fitzpatrick have all entered the portal thus far.

Glover starred for Riverview High School in Sarasota, FL, and was originally rated as a 3-star recruit per the 247Sports Composite ranking. The WR was the No. 116 WR in the 2022 class, and was the No. 107 player out of Florida.

The Spartans have seen 20 players enter the transfer portal since Mel Tucker was fired. Five of those players have withdrawn from the portal, including Glover. The Spartans have also added 5 players in the portal, headlined by quarterback Aidan Chiles, formerly of Oregon State.
