Michigan State's Tom Izzo unhappy with B1G officiating: 'I'm sick of it'
Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo has had it with B1G officiating. Following the Spartans’ 79-74 loss to Illinois on Saturday in East Lansing, Izzo had no trouble speaking his mind.
Izzo made it a point to talk about the officiating after the game, primarily when it came to inconsistent calls in play stoppage at times in Saturday’s game.
“I’m sick and tired of the officiating,” Izzo said after the game. “I’m sick of it.”
Izzo says he is "sick and tired of the officiating." Points to play stopping for Illinois and not when Hall went to the floor for MSU.

Officiating consistency in the B1G on the hardwood has been a complaint among fans this season. Now, it sounds like it’s starting to have an effect on coaches, too.
Michigan State dropped its fourth game in the last five outings with Saturday’s loss to Illinois. The Fighting Illini, on the other hand, are now tied with Purdue atop the B1G standings for first place.
