Michigan State quarterback commit Katin Houser is the latest to accept an invitation to participate in the 2022 Polynesian Bowl. The news was announced via social media on Monday morning.
Houser, a 3-star quarterback out of Bellflower, California, made his verbal pledge to Michigan State in late June. He is one of the Top 400 overall prospects in the class.

“I’m very excited and blessed to be able to be invited to the Poly Bowl,” Houser said, per 247Sports. “I have seen a bunch of great players go through this game along with some of my teammates.
“Having the chance to spend a week in Hawaii and playing with some of the best players in the country along with some of my current teammates is going to be amazing. This is my last high school game ever so I am very thrilled to have it be in Hawaii at the Poly Bowl.”
Houser was an Elite 11 finalist, so the invitation to the Polynesian Bowl is another accolade for the 2022 commit.
The Polynesian Bowl is scheduled for Saturday, January 22.
