Players are having to find unique ways to stay in shape while they’re away from campus. For Michigan State defensive end Jacub Panasiuk, it’s all about the tires.

This week, Panasiuk shared a video of him getting some lifting in while at home, and he’s found a great way to improvise. He’s doing a squats with an extremely long, and loading it up with four tires on each side. It’s equal parts ridiculous and amazing.

Just balancing that takes skill.

Below is the video shared by Panasiuk:

During the quarantine period, athletes have showed off ways they’re getting in home workouts. Some have home gyms while others are pushing trucks or using what they can find in the back yard.

Right now, Panasiuk is one of the leaders in the “most unique” category.
