Payton Thorne, star Michigan State QB, seen handing out toys to children at hospital
Payton Thorne was seen spreading some Christmas cheer at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan.
On Thursday morning Thorne, Michigan State’s junior QB, handed out gifts to children at Sparrow. Of course, he helped bring some smiles to everyone around.

Along with his NIL partner, HopCat, Thorne delivered Christmas gifts to children patients. What a thoughtful gesture, walking around the Children’s Center with a wagon filled with all sorts of toys.
Thorne was seen also sharing a sweet moment with a young girl upon giving her a gift:

Despite the Spartans not reaching a bowl game this season, Thorne is finding a way to give back to the community. This season may not have been the best for the Spartans, but Thorne was able to still put up the numbers. He rushed for a total of 2,679, had 19 touchdowns and an overall rating of 69.4, despite MSU’s rocky record of 5-7.
At the end of the day, Christmas is all about adding a layer of happiness and showing kindness in some way, shape or form.
