A big payday is headed Draymond Green’s direction.
Per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Green has agreed to a four-year maximum deal with the Golden State Warriors, which will be worth $100 million. The total for his deal is now five-years for $118 million.
The new contract will begin with the 2020-21 season, per Wojnarowski.

Green was a second-round draft pick in the 2012 NBA Draft and has played his entire career with the Warriors. On a team fueled with star power, Green has been the do-it-all player that every franchise needs to win a championship.
For his career, Green has averaged 9.1 points, 6.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. He’s also been a strong defensive player for Golden State throughout his career.
Green’s numbers have been close to a double-double average in the NBA postseason, averaging 12.5 points and 9.3 rebounds per contest. He is a three-time NBA champion and a three-time NBA All-Star.
Green spent four years at Michigan State and averaged 16.2 points and 10.6 rebounds in his senior season (2011-12).
