Former Michigan State defensive lineman and current Cleveland Browns tackle Malik McDowell has found himself in legal trouble. According to a report from TMZ, McDowell was arrested on Monday for exposure and assaulting a deputy in Florida.

According to the report, McDowell was naked outside of a children’s learning center in Deerfield Beach. When officers responded to the situation, McDowell reportedly charged at them with a closed fist.

After McDowell charged at police, a fight ensued.

McDowell fled the scene but was later apprehended after being tased. He was arrested and booked on charges of aggravated battery of an officer and exposing sex organs in public.

McDowell played at Michigan State from 2014-16 before declaring for the 2017 NFL Draft. He was initially drafted by the Seattle Seahawks, where he played from 2017-18.

This was McDowell’s first season with the Browns.
