Ex-Michigan State wide receiver Ricky White is now heading to UNLV after entering the transfer portal on Dec. 6. The redshirt sophomore is heading out west.

White appeared in 4 games for the Spartans during his time in East Lansing. He was listed on the roster for this season, but was never actually with the team. He had 223 yards receiving off of 10 receptions in 2020 as a redshirt freshman.

White announced the news from his Twitter account on Friday night.

White isn’t the first receiver to hit the transfer portal and leave Michigan State. C.J. Hayes and Ian Stewart hit the portal in December as well. Hayes has now landed with Syracuse, and Stewart hasn’t decided on where he is going yet.
