Salute to Service: Michigan State basketball staff has unique look for Friday night game
The Michigan State men’s basketball coaching staff is honoring servicemembers during Friday night’s game against Western Michigan. Every coach was sporting a unique look.
With Veteran’s Day on Thursday, the Spartans basketball program decided to honor those who have served with a special look. They’re wearing a camouflage-patterned jacket during the game.
Big Ten Network shared the look with a post on Twitter:

It’s really cool to see Michigan State’s entire staff get involved with the Salute to Service.
Michigan State participated in the Carrier Classic in 2011, playing North Carolina on the USS Carl Vinson. It was an out-of-the-box idea that many seemed to enjoy, though that series only lasted two seasons.
