Michigan State defensive back Charles Brantley, who started 11 games for the Spartans in 2022, has entered the transfer portal. He started every game he played, missing the regular season finale against Penn State with an injury.

Michigan State has had a rough day in the portal. Brantley joins Payton Thorne and Keon Coleman as stars to enter the portal on Sunday alone. Three starters, three portal entries.

Brantley totaled 48 tackles and a team-high 6 pass breakups last season with the Spartans. Across his 2 year career Brantley has been good for 66 tackles, 12 PBUs, 1 sack and 2 interceptions.

He was considered a 3-star cornerback in the Class of 2021.
