Temperatures will be uncomfortably high in Tempe when Michigan State plays Arizona State
Michigan State is going to have to find a way to stay cool when it travels to Tempe, Arizona on Saturday. The Spartans are about to encounter some ridiculously high temperatures.
According to The Weather ChannelĀ the high on Saturday is expected to reach 107 degrees at Sun Devil Stadium, with a low of 82. That’s going to be something completely new for Michigan State, even for a game this early in the years.
But, hey, no humidity, right?
Note to Sparty: Saturday's high in Tempe will be 107.

The climate could have an affect on Michigan State this weekend, especially with the temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. While the temperature can soar in Michigan, it usually doesn’t hit that kind of high this late in the year.
Quarterback Brian Lewerke should feel right at home, though. The junior gunslinger is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and has experience handling that kind of heat.
Saturday’s matchup is scheduled for a 10:50 p.m. ET kickoff at Sun Devil Stadium. With the sun down for most of the game, it should cut down — at least a touch — on those insanely high temperatures.
