Tuck comin'...to LSU? Bruce Feldman has interesting update on potential move involving Mel Tucker
Even though Mel Tucker has his Spartans off to a 6-0 start, that’s not stopping the coaching carousel rumors involving him.
FOX’S Bruce Feldman joined the network’s Big Noon Kickoff show and shared an update that LSU could have serious interest in him if that job opens up.
There are some highly influential people within the school who are very high on him as he used to be an assistant coach there under Nick Saban.
“Another name to keep an eye on is Mel Tucker at Michigan State. I am told that there are some very influential people inside LSU who are really, really high on Mel Tucker. Remember, Mel Tucker was an assistant at LSU on Nick Saban’s staff. He knows the SEC very well. But, would he make another move? He was at Colorado (for 1 year), now he’s at Michigan State. Would he make another move in a short time? This I know, people inside LSU who matter, they are really high on Mel Tucker.”

Tucker has only been with the Spartans for 2 years now and has turned that program around in a big way. Would he leave the program before he really gets started?
