What a play this turned out to be for Michigan State!

The Spartans are battling hard in Happy Valley with a chance to knock of No. 8 Penn State. The Michigan State defense has kept Trace McSorley in check for much of the afternoon, but the offense has struggled to get rolling.

Well, the offense did get rolling on this drive, and Brian Lewerke came up with a clutch throw for a touchdown. His throw was beautiful one right on the pylon, and Felton Davis III was able to drag his right toe long enough to secure possession.

The play was ruled a touchdown on the field. That call was upheld following a review.
