This might be the weirdest play of the week.

Ohio State is taking on Michigan State in what has turned into a defensive struggle. Only one offensive touchdown has been scored between the two teams as the game entered the fourth quarter, and the MVP of the game may be Buckeyes punter Drue Chrisman.

Without gaining a lot of traction offensively, Ohio State has relied on Chrisman to pin the Spartans inside their 10-yard line time-and-time again in the second half. MSU has been equally ineffective offensively, and the Spartans were forced into a fourth down from the one-yard line on this play.

In an interesting decision, the long-snapper appeared to snap the ball intentionally out of the back of the end zone for a safety. If it was not on purpose, this will go down as the worst snap you will ever see.

Either way, it’s an interesting decision and a crazy snap to see. Eleven Warriors shared the gif of the play:

If the play was a decision to try and flip the field, it backfired disastrously as the ensuing kickoff went out of bounds.
