Zion Taylor took to Twitter to announce his list of top 6 schools, with one B1G school making the cut.

Taylor, a 3-star Edge rusher, listed Michigan State as a finalist, alongside Houston, Kansas, California, Arkansas, and Tulane.

Taylor currently stars for Shadow Creek High School just outside of Houston. The 2024 prospect is ranked as the 42nd-best Edge prospect in the nation and the 87th-best prospect in Texas by the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

In 2021 for the Shadow Creek Sharks, Taylor finished with 20 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks.

The Spartans were the first program to officially offer Taylor, doing so back in January of 2021. Taylor has unofficially visited East Lansing twice since being offered.

Adding Taylor would bolster an already strong 2024 recruiting class for the Spartans. The Spartans currently boast the 11th-ranked 2024 class with a trio of 4-star recruits committed.
