Which coach in the Big Ten has done the best job so far?
Ryan Day at Ohio State? James Franklin at Penn State? Paul Chryst at Wisconsin?
All of those coaches have teams that are undefeated through Week 7. In fact, there’s one more coach that has a B1G team unbeaten.
On Tuesday morning, BTN posted a video of analyst Howard Griffith giving his B1G Coach of the Year favorite to this point:

Griffith went with P.J. Fleck at Minnesota. That is the other B1G team that is undefeated through the first seven weeks. The Big Ten, with four unbeaten teams to this point, is the only conference in college football with more than two undefeated teams.
Fleck’s Gophers are currently 6-0 and travel to Rutgers this week. After the game against the Scarlet Knights, Minnesota hosts Maryland before another bye week.
