Row the Boat!

Minnesota continues to be a program on the rise, turning a strong 2019 season into an impressive showing in recruiting. Following an 11-win campaign and bowl victory under head coach P.J. Fleck, the Gophers are now up to a top-25 recruiting class for 2021.

The latest recruit to join the fold is Jacob Schuster, a four-star defensive lineman out of Olympia, Washington. Listed at 6-foot-2 and 300 lbs., Schuster has the build to make the jump to the next level.

He announced his commitment via a video on his Twitter account:

With Schuster’s commitment, Steve Wiltfong with 247 Sports shared that the Gophers’ class for 2021 is now up to No. 24 nationally:

The results Fleck has produced over the past year have been impressive. It is great to see he is also able to pull in high recruits at the national level.
