Brockington has received 20 offers on the recruiting trail, picking Minnesota over Power Five offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Kentucky, Miami, Purdue, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech. He becomes the eighth player to commit to the Gophers’ 2021 class.

Per 247Sports, Brockington is one of the top 500 overall talents in this year’s recruiting cycle, ranking No. 450 overall. He’s also listed as the No. 75 wide receiver and the No. 35 player from the state of Georgia.

With Brockington’s commitment, Minnesota’s 2021 class ranks eighth in the B1G and 17th nationally.
